True Blood Season 5 Scoop: Eric Has A Sister!

True Blood's fifth season is not set to air until Summer 2012, but the guest stars are already lining up.

Lucy Griffiths, a British actress best known for her role as Marian in BBC's Robin Hood, has been cast as a season 5 regular starring alongside the blonde-haired vamp himself, Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard). Griffiths will play Nora, Eric's centuries-old vampire "sister" both made by Godric. She'll work as a double agent within the Vampire Authority. She's described as having a deep love for Eric, but dedicated to a higher purpose - so whose side will she be on?

The show has also been on a wolf-casting binge - scoping out actors to play Alcide's father (J.D.), Marcus' mother (Annie), Holly's teenage sons (Rocky and Wade), a hot young she-wolf named Rikki, and a couple of beta dogs charged with interrogating someone.

In addition to Nora, the show will introduce a new powerful ancient vampire named Salome who is described as a world-class seductress. Denis O'Hare is also confirmed to return as Russell Edgington in season 5 as well.

One Tree Hill Season 9, How Will It End?

One Tree Hill is finally coming to an end - for real this time.

It seems like this series has been on the edge of cancellation ever since it's main stars, Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton, left in season 7. But rest assured OTH fans, at least one of these ex-stars will be back for a final goodbye.

Chad Michael Murray will make his highly-anticipated return to the series as Lucas Scott in a season 9 episode, however it has not been confirmed wether he'll be sticking around for the finale. James Lafferty, aka Nathan Scott, will be returning but in a limited capacity having only shot about seven episodes. However, it is confirmed that his character will be appearing in the series finale.

Other OTH alums set to return include Tyler Hilton as Chris Keller, Barbara Alyn Woods as Deb Scott and Paul Johansson as Dan Scott. This mix should make for an interesting final season - especially with rumors of a mysterious assassin coming to Tree Hill. Our money is always on Dan.

For those who can remember back to the good ole' WB days, Zap2It reports that the show's goodbye episode will have a Dawson's Creek-type ending - with a flash-forward five years into the future. OTH never seems to tire of this story line. According to the website, "Expect to see Brooke, Haley, and the rest of the crew about five years into the future. Casting calls have gone out for the twins, Jude and Davis, at around age six, and Lydia at around age seven. Look forward to seeing a teenage Jamie, too! (We're guessing he's going to grow up to look an awful lot like his Uncle Lucas.)"

The long-running series will return for it's ninth and final season with 13 new episodes starting January 11th at 8pm on the CW. Will you be watching?

'Greek' Releases Alternate Ending...2 Years Later

I almost forgot how much I loved ABC Family's college-themed drama. But I was stunned to find how captivated I was by 3 minutes and 2 seconds of a recently released alternate ending to Greek's series finale entitled, "2 Years Later."

The gang's all back to see Rusty, Rebecca and Dale graduate from Cypress Rhodes. To sum up - Ashleigh's still working in New York, Rebecca is dating Beaver, Evan is engaged, Casey is in law school, and she and Cappie are no more than old friends.

The clip leaves off with Casey and Cappie agreeing to meet at Dobbler's for a drink after the ceremony. Rusty seems content as they leave off on a shot of him in front of Cyprus smiling.

I think the only part of the finale I cared most about changing was destroying the Kappa Tau house. That was a sad moment in the show, and unfortunately they did nothing in the alternate ending to imply it still existed.

"Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event" scored an outrageous 10.5 million viewers, making the two-part event the most watched in E! history. With that said, those 10+ million Kim K fans dying to see the reality star finally get her dream wedding, will also be itching to see it all fall apart.

Ryan Seacrest confirmed via Twitter today that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are calling it quits after just 72 days. While the news itself isn't shocking, we're still intrigued enough to see the divorce play out.

Going into its 7th season, Keeping Up With The Kardashians is likely to score high ratings as fans of shows like this and Jersey Shore do what they do best - revel in other people's misfortunes.

'Big Bang Theory' Star To Host People's Choice Awards

Kaley Cuoco, better known as Penny on CBS' The Big Bang Theory, will host this year's People's Choice Awards.

Cuoco lands this gig just after her emcee spot on August's Teen Choice Awards. She'll follow Queen Latifah who served as last year's host. “Kaley is sexy, funny and smart – everything you want in a host – everything you get to see each week on The Big Bang Theory,” said CBS’ EVP specials Jack Sussman.

Maybe Cuoco will get some tips from her co-star and recent Emmy award winner, Jim Parsons - now there's someone we'd like to see host an award show!

World Series Welcomes the New Girl: Zooey Deschanel Sings National Anthem

Just one more reason to love the New Girl - she sings.

Zooey Deschanel performed the National Anthem at Game 4 of the 2011 World Series yesterday.

This isn't too out the actress' wheelhouse, since she spends most of her off-air time making music with her band, She & Him. The 'she' and 'him' refer to Zooey and Matt Ward, who make an unusual and offbeat pairing. Volume One and Two of the duo's albums are an addictive blend of original music and classics.

A Very She & Him Christmas , released today, features a variety of holiday favorites from Silver Bells to my personal favorite - Baby, It's Cold Outside.

ABC's newest series, Once Upon A Time, is set to air this Sunday, October 23 at 8pm. The question is, will you be watching?

The unusual drama offers a unique twist on an old fairy tale, complements of the writers of Lost. With networks canceling this season's shows so quickly, some just three episodes in, Once Upon A Time will have to prove itself early on in ratings.

Chord Overstreet Returns to Glee

Sam's moving back to town!

After a brief hiatus from the show, Glee's own Trouty Mouth is set to return this season, according to TVLine. Overstreet is in talks to reprise his role as Sam on a recurring basis, beginning this season's eighth episode - tentatively scheduled to air in early December.

Originally, producers had opted not to cast him as a series regular for Season 3, but invited him back on a recurring basis. Overstreet declined, stating, "They offered me the chance to come back for a few episodes, but there was nothing guaranteed so I decided to dive into the music thing."

This isn't the first time Glee regulars have strayed to pursue a music career, and I'm sure it won't be the last. No word yet, on how his character will be reintroduced onto the show, but we're happy to have him back!
